Yes, we do. We focus on individuals in high-stress roles and those living with first responders. We work with partners and families affected by their loved one’s work. We also have a sister agency that provides proactive workshops, peer support groups, and resources for first responders and their families. We understand the challenges faced by these families because we’re based on three generations of policing. We’ve witnessed and experienced mental and moral injuries, both OSI ( operational & occupational)and the isolation of living with someone we care about while relearning to love ourselves inside & outside of the uniform.

This trauma-trained approach is particularly beneficial if past and present experiences have left you feeling unheard or feeling confined in the role of what high-risk profession entails . As we are scholarly trained in assessments we cannot execute a diagnostic assessment without a fully completed doctorate degree or being in collaboration with a registered psychologist or a nurse practitioner. We have hopes to be able to provide assessments in 2026.
Yes we do provide services for clients under WSIB, however it is to be noted that we do not provide a diagnostic assessment to WSIB, but rather a summary of how treatment is going with a written consent by our clients.
We have noticed that our regular clients may not require a full hour, therefore we offer 30 minute check-ins when needed. Fees are half of our full fee.
